CREEPER'S Spooky Spectacle at Wembley: Devil's Night | 30th October 2024

Speaking with fans in and around the venue, it was clear: they were here for Creeper. In fantastic vampiric outfits and faces smeared with blood, matching make-up, the crowd matched the night's eerie atmosphere, amplifying the excitement even before the show began.

Wembley transformed into a haunted playground as Darcia, the band's vampiric familiar took the stage, setting it for an unforgettable night. "Things might get pretty spooky around here," warned Darcia, and the crowd was primed for something special. "Don't lose your heads."

The intensity hit hard with Further than Forever. The moment Ian struck the first chords, jets of flame shot up, making it clear Creeper meant buisness. Each song plunged us deeper into their theatrical, eerie world, but two moments stood out. First was a powerful renidition of Astral Projection, rarely played live and made all of the more haunting by Wembley's massive space. It was a nostalgic nod to their roots. Then, the debut of More than Death, dedicated to a family friend - Steve, who had just passed away, turned into an emotional high point, with flashes raised and fans swept up in its sincerity. As someone who's followed Creeper's journey for years, watching them grow has been truly inspiring. I couldn't be prouder of how they're absolutely smashing it at Wembley.
